The FAAS company was founded in 1991 in Belgrade, Serbia as a company for consulting, engineering and trading in the field of electric power plants. Its main activities are in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina and it also has business interests in Croatia, Slovenia and Macedonia (former Yugoslavia).

The company’s main activities include:

• supplying thermal and hydro power stations with spare parts and equipment and providing services in the field of examining, testing and supervising the installation and maintenance of power plants ;
• consulting for electric power companies ;
• consulting for equipment manufacturers ;
• preparing analysis and studies ;
• representing foreign companies ;

The FAAS company provides its services for the following thermal power plants (TPP):

• TPP Tuzla 779 MW (4 units), Bosnia and Herzegovina
• TPP Gacko 300 MW (1 unit), Bosnia and Herzegovina
• TPP Ugljevik 300 MW (1 unit), Bosnia and Herzegovina
• TPP Pljevlja 210 MW (1 Unit), Montenegro
• TPP Nikola Tesla A and B 2900 MW (8 units), Serbia
• TPP Kolubara 271 MW (5 units), Serbia
• TPP Kostolac A and B 1010 MW (4 units), Serbia
• TPP Novi Sad 255 MW (2 units), Serbia
• TPP Kosovo A and B 1480 MW (7 units), Serbia
• TPP Bitola 675 MW, Macedonia

The company’s activities also include working for the following hydro power plants (HPP):

• HPP Djerdap I and II 1360 MW (14 units), Serbia
